Tabata Yoga - For Upper Body Strength (6.5 minutes) 

Tabata is a style of workout where you so an exercise (or in our case, practice) for 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for a total of 4 minutes. Its killer! Prepare to get a serious workout, but keep it calm and collected with your yogic breath and mindset :) 

Can you go through the entire 4 minutes with proper form? You’d be surprised how fast you’ll gain strength just by practicing this regularly. And practice often, because the next video will be “Yoga for a Beach Bod” and it contains this sequence!

I need feminism because I’m tired of being called a “crazy feminist” when I share my opinions on sexism.

It doesn’t need a name or the stigma that goes along with it. It is simply defending women from injustice and standing up for them. It means not tolerating inexcusable acts or talk, and helping women to get what we all want: true equality. It doesn’t cost anyone ANYTHING to give that to us.

I need feminism. I know for a fact that my campus hushes up dorm and Greek life rapes to keep bad publicity away. I need feminism, because for so long after he raped me, I was led to feel it was my fault for putting myself in that situation – and that is a societal view. It needs to change. ¡VIVA FEMINISMO!
